We protect your privacy

We treat your personal data that you provide to us in order to set up an account and start using the e-learning service as a highly confidential information and no outsiders have an access to this data. They are not shared with any companies or organizations. They are used only for communication between us in order to efficiently implement the didactic process in the SGH e-learning system.

Who is the data administrator?

The administrator of your personal data is the SGH Warsaw School of Economics with headquarters at al. Niepodległości 162, 02-554 Warsaw. The personal data administrator has appointed an information security administrator who supervises the correctness of personal data processing, which can be contacted via e-mail address: iod@sgh.waw.pl.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Your personal data are processed in order to implement the teaching process in the SGH e-learning system. The processing of your personal data takes place in order to carry out public tasks by the SGH Warsaw School of Economics in connection with the task of providing education based on the provisions of the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 1668) and fulfillment of the legal obligation under this act.
